Let me introduce you to the family.

Our convictions do not develop in a vacuum. We are continually formed, as persons, in conversation with the context and alongside the people with whom we have been given to live our lives. We are shaped by those whom we embrace. We are challenged, convicted and refined in the fires of conflict with those to whom we are bound, in love. Since its nascent beginnings in the Fall of 2013, my family and I have been bound to and blessed by a unique little family of faith called The Commons Covenant Church in Rochester, NH. This is the community that inspires - and endures - my teaching. This is the community whose loving support and generosity affords me the time to ponder and press in to these thoughts. This is the family who graciously bears the burden of my weaknesses and sins, and conveys to me the grace and forgiveness of Christ.

The Commons is about much more than a weekly "Experience". The Church we dream of is a movement, a mission, a people, a family; a place to belong. We are a Tribe of Grace, bound together in the embrace of Jesus. If it so happens that you share our neighborhood, we'd love to welcome you into the family!
